Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HRBP to partner with business leaders and drive people strategy in a fast-paced, global engineering and design environment. This role will play a critical part in shaping talent, leadership capability, and employee experience while supporting business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives
• Lead Talent Management initiatives, including succession planning, high-potential programs, and capability building
• Drive Employee Engagement strategies, including surveys, action planning, and culture-building initiatives
• Own and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) and ensure effective execution across the organization
• Strengthen Employer Branding initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and support Leadership Development programs for mid and senior-level leaders
• Provide guidance on employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness
• Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and improve workforce outcomes

Candidate Profile

• PG / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
• 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in engineering, design, or global matrix organizations
• Strong experience across Talent Management, Employee Engagement, PMS, Employer Branding, and Leadership Development
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in complex, fast-growing, or global environments is highly desirable
