Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Turbhe Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, which includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws managing Attendance and pay roll. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
- Have knowledge of Attendance and payroll
- Skills in Training and Development, and Compliance with Labor Laws
- Strategic HR Management and Initiative Implementation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- 12th / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
