We are looking for a dynamic and professional HR Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and capable of handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals and social media

Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with department heads

Handle employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain employee records and HR MIS

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Manage employee engagement and performance evaluation processes

Address employee grievances professionally

Ensure statutory and labor law compliance

Support payroll coordination and attendance management

Qualifications

Bachelors in HR, Business Administration or related field

0-1 years of HR experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
