Job Summary
We are looking for an experiencedHR professional strictly from the manufacturing sector, preferablypharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong exposure torecruitment, industrial relations, HR policies, SOPs, KPI management, and employee engagement. The role requires hands-on handling of shop-floor workforce and employee relations in a structured manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Management
- End-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and plant-level roles
- Manpower planning and coordination with department heads
- Ensuring timely onboarding and smooth joining formalities
HR Policies, SOPs & Compliance
- Drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and SOPs
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance
- Handling audits and documentation related to HR operations
Performance Management
- Defining and tracking KPIs for employees
- Supporting appraisal processes and performance evaluations
- Coordinating increment and performance review cycles
Industrial Relations (IR)
- Managingindustrial relations and shop-floor HR activities
- Handling contract workforce and coordination with contractors
- Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts effectively
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
- Maintaining healthy employee relations across departments
- Ensuring clear communication and coordination between management and employees
Grievance Handling
- Handling employee grievances professionally and confidentially
- Escalating critical IR issues to management when required
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience strictly in the manufacturing sector
- Pharma manufacturing HR experience will be preferred
- Strong exposure toIR, employee grievances, recruitment, SOPs, KPIs, and HR policies
- Experience handling plant-level and shop-floor employees
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Work Timings & Benefits
- Working Hours:9:00 AM 6:00 PM (9 hours, flexible)
- Working Days:5.5 days
- Weekly Off:2nd & 4th Saturday off
