Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chandigarh, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws. They will develop and implement HR strategies, administer employee benefits, and address performance management issues. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate employee records and fostering a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement and retention programs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and Compliance regulations
• Proven ability to plan and implement Employee Engagement and Retention strategies
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain employee records accurately
• Proficiency in HR software and tools; expertise in MS Office applications
• Masters degree in Human Resources
