Role Overview


The ideal candidate will lead and support the full scope of Talent Acquisition while partnering closely with business leaders on strategic workforce initiatives. This role will focus on end-to-end hiring, sourcing strategy, employer branding, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, while also collaborating on broader people practices.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across levelsfrom requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through active sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social platforms, networking, and campus hiring).
  • Continuously optimize sourcing channels to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen the companys hiring presence.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, KRAs, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Train and guide managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
  • Provide market insights, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks to support hiring decisions.

Recruitment Operations & Onboarding

  • Manage interview coordination, candidate experience, documentation, and seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion ratios) and share insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and recruitment-related processes.

HR & Performance Support (Secondary)

  • Support performance management processes and provide feedback inputs.
  • Collaborate with HR on payroll, benefits coordination, and employee lifecycle processes as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Human Resources (Tier 1 colleges preferred).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong sourcing exposure.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
