Human Resources Manager

Doshi Brothers is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Mumbai location. The primary responsibilities include managing all HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. This role requires designing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with leaders to develop organizational policies, oversee employee engagement initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

• Strong knowledge of HR functions including Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
• Experience with Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Compliance
• Ability to develop and implement effective Training, Development, and Performance Management programs
• Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and reporting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India
• Prior experience managing HR operations in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a plus
