We are looking for an experienced and dynamic "HR Manager" with 7+ years of experience in the Manufacturing industry to join our team.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate who can effectively handle end-to-end HR processes and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
Issuing Appointment & Joining Letters
Managing employee onboarding, induction & training
Conducting background verification
Handling payroll activities including salary structure, salary breakup, OT calculation, and full & final settlements
Managing TA/DA and administrative responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with Company Law, Labour Law & HR statutory compliances
Driving employee engagement initiatives & cultural activities
Problem Solving - Resolving employee grievances and workplace issues
What Were Looking For:
* Minimum 7+ years of HR experience
* Strong knowledge of payroll, compliances & labour laws
* Experience in Manufacturing industry (mandatory)
* Excellent problem-solving & employee management skills
