Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Delhi.
You will oversee core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and compliance with labour regulations. You will also be responsible for drafting and implementing HR policies, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture.
The role requires effective collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles (communications, strategy, PR, design, digital, etc.)
- Lead onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Implement training & development initiatives
- Drive performance management, appraisals, and KRA processes
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies and documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance and alignment with labour laws
- Plan and execute employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Maintain HR records, HRMS data, and coordinate payroll with finance
Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and talent management
- Strong understanding of organizational development, employee engagement, and performance systems
- Good knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus)
- Prior experience in an agency, professional services, or consulting environment is an advantage
