Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs by managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Management

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Drive organisational development and change initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

Design and execute effective onboarding programs

Build employer branding and talent pipelines

Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances

Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture

Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution

Performance Management

Oversee performance appraisal systems

Support managers with goal setting, feedback, and development plans

Identify training and development needs

Compensation & Benefits

Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and rewards programs

Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity

Learning & Development

Plan and implement training programs

Support leadership development and succession planning

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations

Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems

Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

58 years of progressive HR experience (including leadership exposure)

Strong knowledge of complainces and HR best practices

Experience with HR systems and payroll coordination.
