Human Resources Manager - BPO

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager with a BPO background. The position is based in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will handle recruitment, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and overall HR strategy. Other responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating training and development programs, and collaborating with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing strategies, especially in the BPO sector.
• Strong skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and fostering positive workplace culture.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage training, development programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with HR management systems (HRMS) and other related software is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is advantageous.
