Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive who can handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee support. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Coordinate end-to-end hiring for different internal teams

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Coordinate with team leads during the hiring process

2. Onboarding & Documentation

Handle employee joining formalities and documentation

Maintain employee records and basic HR data

Support smooth onboarding and induction

3. HR Operations

Manage attendance, leave tracking, and daily HR-related queries

Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes

Support internal coordination and communication

4. Employee Support & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns

Help maintain a positive and professional work environment

Support basic employee engagement activities

5. Compliance & Coordination

Coordinate with external consultants for payroll or compliance-related support

Ensure HR records and documents are maintained properly

Requirements

12 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations

Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes

Good communication and coordination skills

Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment
