Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in Indore. The HR Manager will oversee and execute HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws and organizational development. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, conducting training programs, managing payroll processes and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to align human resources practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Employee Relations, Training and Development
• Knowledge of Performance Management and Organisational Development
• Understanding of Labor Laws, and Compliance
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a relevant field
• Masters degree in HR or certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus
