Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources (HR) Manager. As a Generalist, you will be the sole stakeholder of all HR activities, including the below:

1. Major focus being Talent Acquisition, you will be scouting, assessing and hiring the best talent for varied roles - tapping talent pool through various mediums, shortlisting profiles, conducting structured screening and interviews, analysing profile fitment, reference check, and closure.

2. Work closely with the Core team to design impactful Induction and onboarding.

3. Employer Branding on social media.

4. Employee Engagement and Retention.

5. Compliance to all statutory norms.

6. Leave, attendance and payroll.

7. Designing policies and processes.

8. Exit Management.

9. Learning and Development.

Other Criteria:

• 0-4 years experience in Human Resources. Freshers can be considered too.
• CTC Range : 4.2 to 7.2 LPA
• Candidates who are highly experienced or overqualified and do not fit the CTC bracket, need not apply.
• If you have experience in the background of Talent Acquisition, with the Media / Entertainment industry, that would be an advantage
