Human Resources Manager

We're Hiring HR Executive | Benecargo, Gurugram

Benecargo is a fast-growing logistics company and we're looking for an HR Executive who's built for operations not just paperwork.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end recruitment for operations, field, and support roles
• Attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC)
• Onboarding, documentation, and policy enforcement
• Supporting performance management and department scorecards
• Grievance handling and disciplinary processes
• Monitoring retention signals and flagging attrition risks early

What we're looking for:

• 13 years of HR experience (logistics, manufacturing, or field-staff-heavy industries preferred)
• Hands-on with compliance basics not just theoretical knowledge
• Process-disciplined and firm you enforce systems, you don't bend them
• Strong communication in Hindi + working knowledge of English
