Role Details

• Experience: 58 years
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Work Schedule: 5-day working week
• Location: South Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, and exits
• Oversee HR operations, documentation, and policy compliance
• Coordinate with leadership and internal teams on HR matters
• Support implementation of HR initiatives and process improvements

Eligibility Criteria

• 58 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Ability to work independently in a professional onsite environment
