Role Description

This is full time role for a Human Resources at Antara Jewellery - India. The HR will be responsible for Hiring, Implementing HR policies, resolving employee grievances.

Lead recruitment for store teams including Senior Sales, Sales Executives, Cashiers and Support

staff

Manage onboarding, documentation, joining & exit formalities

Oversee attendance management, weekly offs, leave administration and shift planning

Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, deductions and final settlements

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, discipline, counselling and warnings

Conduct regular store visits

Plan festive and high-season staffing requirements and ensure readiness

Qualifications

• Strong Hiring skills
• Experience in HR policies and softwares
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
