Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Additionally, the HR Manager will work to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement for organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Entertainment Industry is an advantage.
• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Development skills
• Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Compliance
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Employee Relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is preferred
