Human Resources Manager

Amplio is looking for a Lead HR to own end-to-end HR operations and support hiring, people processes, and employee experience. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working closely with business leaders.

What youll do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, offers, and joining

- Own HR operations: onboarding, documentation, policies, attendance/leave, and employee records

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a strong company culture

- Support performance cycles, feedback processes, and internal communications

- Handle employee queries, issue resolution, and ensure compliance with HR hygiene

- Coordinate with payroll/finance for monthly payroll inputs and employee data accuracy

What were looking for

- 2+ years of experience in HR (startup/SME experience is a plus)

- Strong hiring coordination and stakeholder management skills

- Solid knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and basic HR compliance

- Good communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset

- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools (if any)

Mumbai Suburbs (Work from office)

Package: INR 4 to 5 LPA (Depending on experience and interview rounds)
