We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to manage key HR functions and support the overall employee lifecycle.

• CTC: 3.5 4.5 LPA
• Location: Pune
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
• Work Mode: Primarily in-office (remote occasionally if permitted)

Role Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and headhunting.
• Lead onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws).
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system (KPIs/KRAs) and suggest training initiatives.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• Support office administration and vendor coordination when required.

Qualifications

Experience: 35 years in HR or related roles.

Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA/PG in HR preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong negotiation and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask across recruitment and administrative responsibilities.
• High level of emotional intelligence and confidentiality when handling employee data.
