This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Kochi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop HR policies, manage day-to-day HR operations, address workplace concerns, and support managers in aligning their teams with overall organizational goals. The role involves ensuring a seamless experience for employees and implementing strategies to build a positive organizational culture.

• Skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and team building
• Proficiency in HR policies, labor laws, and compliance management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Capability to develop and implement training and development programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus
• Experience in a healthcare or recruitment environment is desirable
