We are hiring an HR Operations Lead to manage complete HR operations for internal employees and a large contract workforce deployed across multiple client locations in India. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, contractor management, labour compliance, payroll coordination, and client handling.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding to exit)
• Handle employee lifecycle: documentation, attendance, payroll, engagement, exits
• Act as SPOC for client HR matters for deployed contractors
• Handle contractor escalations, replacements, payroll/leave issues
• Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate monthly processing
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, CLRA
• Manage audits, statutory filings, and labour documentation
• Oversee onboarding, BGV, client onboarding requirements
• Manage offboarding, F&F settlement, asset recovery
• Maintain HRMS/ATS/payroll systems and generate reports
• Handle employee grievances and contractor disputes
• Manage vendors (payroll, compliance, BGV, HRMS partners)

• Bachelors degree in HR / Business / related field
• 5+ years of HR Operations experience
• Minimum 2 years in contract staffing/payroll/compliance
• Staffing/recruitment industry experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & staffing compliance
• Excellent client communication & stakeholder handling
• Ability to manage escalations and pressure situations
• Strong coordination with finance, vendors, and internal teams
• Good English communication (written & spoken)
