Job Summary

Gopalan Enterprises is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR & Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing payroll for a large employee base and working with HRMS systems such as GreytHR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

• Manage and process payroll for 600+ employees accurately and on time.
• Handle salary inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and gratuity.
• Generate payroll reports and ensure proper documentation.

2. HR Operations

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle (hire to exit).
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance records.
• Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and exit documentation.
• Manage employee data in GreytHR HRMS system.

3. Onboarding & Induction

• Handle complete onboarding process for new joiners.
• Conduct employee induction programs and orientation sessions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Address employee grievances and support employee relations.
• Promote positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance matters.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred) or Any graduate with relevant HR experience
