Human Resources Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead of Human Resources to lead the HR function for a Asset Management Company (AMC). This senior leadership role requires strong domain expertise within the asset management industry and hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Drive Talent Acquisition for leadership and niche roles across the organization
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership and business heads
• Ensure strong HR compliance, governance, and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Build and strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
• Manage HR policies, processes, and operations across the organization

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a AMC
• Strong hands-on expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR BP, and HR Compliance
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to AMCs
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at the leadership level
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

Preferred Profile

• Candidates must come from a AMC background
• Experience in large financial services organizations is a plus
