Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead of Human Resources to lead the HR function for a Asset Management Company (AMC). This senior leadership role requires strong domain expertise within the asset management industry and hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Drive Talent Acquisition for leadership and niche roles across the organization
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership and business heads
- Ensure strong HR compliance, governance, and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Build and strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
- Manage HR policies, processes, and operations across the organization
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a AMC
- Strong hands-on expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR BP, and HR Compliance
- Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to AMCs
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at the leadership level
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
Preferred Profile
- Candidates must come from a AMC background
- Experience in large financial services organizations is a plus
