We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resource management and organizational development.

What Youll Do:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Help maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations activities.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Help with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and preparing HR documents.
• Contribute to improving HR processes and policies to support the overall growth of the organization.

What Were Looking For:

• A strong interest in human resources and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and principles is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
