Human Resources Intern

You will be responsible for assisting in D&I, CSR, ESG initiatives, and employee engagement activities. The role involves working closely with the HR team to drive corporate social responsibility and sustainability programs while ensuring seamless engagement. You will contribute to data tracking, impact analysis, and execution of engagement events across locations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ideate and facilitate HRBP driven engagement activities for Gurgaon and Delhi office.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the engagement activities.
• Support the execution of D&I, CSR and ESG initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist in planning and coordinating engagement activities, including campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Liaise with NGOs, external partners, and internal teams for projects implementation.
• Track and maintain D&I, ESG and CSR-related data, generating reports for leadership.
• Conduct research on emerging trends in ESG and sustainability for better alignment.
• Facilitate communication and awareness regarding various initiatives within the firm.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Pursuing Bachelor's/Masters in HR or related fields.

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in D&I, corporate social responsibility, ESG, and employee engagement.
