About Traya:

Traya is a fast-growing, science-backed health-tech startup on a mission to fix hair fall the right way using a unique blend of Ayurveda, Dermatology (Allopathy), and Nutrition.

As we rapidly expand from online to offline through clinics, kiosks, and experience centers, lateral teams building strong on-ground teams is critical. Thats where you come in.

About the Role:

Were looking for a high-energy, people-loving Talent Acquisition Intern who enjoys being on the

ground, talking to candidates, and helping build teams at scale.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where youll learn end-to-end hiring from sourcing to

onboarding in a fast-paced startup environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

Support bulk hiring for doctors, field roles and lateral team hiring

Source candidates through: Job portals( Naukri Linkedin, Internshala etc.)

Screen candidates for communication, attitude, and role fit

Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling

Assist with offer rollouts, document collection, and onboarding formalities

Communicate compensation details clearly and professionally

Do follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining

Maintain daily hiring trackers, dashboards, and progress reports
