About the Role :- HR Intern

The HR Intern will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting the design and implementation of structured HR processes and systems across the organization. As part of our HRMS rollout initiative, the intern will contribute to building strong HR foundations by documenting SOPs, mapping workflows, and helping standardize HR operations across the Systematix Group.

Working closely with the HR and the HRMS implementation partner, the intern will assist in creating clear, compliant, and scalable HR frameworks that enable efficient people operations and support the organizations growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end HR SOPs across the employee lifecycle (Hiring, Onboarding, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Exit, etc.).
• Assist in structuring HR policy frameworks aligned with statutory requirements and organizational practices.
• Support process mapping and coordinate with the HRMS vendor to ensure implementation readiness.
• Contribute to standardizing HR operations and documentation across the Systematix Group.
• Provide operational support to the HR team during the HRMS configuration and rollout phase.
