Stipend : INR 15000/-
Location: In-office
Duration: 4-6 months (possibility of full-time role)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Support onboarding formalities for new joiners
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and documentation
Support preparation of HR letters (offer, confirmation, internship letters, etc.)
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning employee engagement activities
Support internal communication and team initiatives
Compliance & Policies
Help with HR policy documentation and updates
Support basic compliance-related tasks as guided
General HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks as required
Eligibility & Requirements
Pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / BBA / B.Com / BA (HR or related field)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership
