Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HR Intern who is passionate about modern HR practices, automation, and culture-building. This role will provide hands-on exposure to strategic HR initiatives, process automation, and employee engagement in a growing tech environment.


Key Responsibilities


1. Talent Acquisition Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure smooth hiring workflow.


2. Competency Mapping & Training Needs Identification (TNI)

  • Prepare competency maps for all organizational roles.
  • Conduct individual Training Needs Identification (TNI) discussions.
  • Assist in designing structured learning and development frameworks.


3. HR Process Automation

  • Support implementation and optimization of HRMS.
  • Enable automation of HR processes including onboarding, attendance, leave management, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend automation solutions.


4. Paperless HR Transformation

  • Drive initiatives to create a completely paperless HR function.
  • Digitize employee records and documentation.
  • Standardize HR formats, policies, and digital workflows.


5. Gen Z Engagement Practices

  • Devise innovative engagement practices tailored for a Gen Z workplace.
  • Plan culture building activities, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Promote a collaborative, transparent, and growth-oriented work environment.


Eligibility Criteria


  • Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR operations, HR tech, and organizational development.
  • Analytical mindset with good communication skills.
  • Passion for creating modern, employee-first workplaces.
