Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HR Intern who is passionate about modern HR practices, automation, and culture-building. This role will provide hands-on exposure to strategic HR initiatives, process automation, and employee engagement in a growing tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure smooth hiring workflow.
2. Competency Mapping & Training Needs Identification (TNI)
- Prepare competency maps for all organizational roles.
- Conduct individual Training Needs Identification (TNI) discussions.
- Assist in designing structured learning and development frameworks.
3. HR Process Automation
- Support implementation and optimization of HRMS.
- Enable automation of HR processes including onboarding, attendance, leave management, documentation, and performance tracking.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend automation solutions.
4. Paperless HR Transformation
- Drive initiatives to create a completely paperless HR function.
- Digitize employee records and documentation.
- Standardize HR formats, policies, and digital workflows.
5. Gen Z Engagement Practices
- Devise innovative engagement practices tailored for a Gen Z workplace.
- Plan culture building activities, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Promote a collaborative, transparent, and growth-oriented work environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Strong interest in HR operations, HR tech, and organizational development.
- Analytical mindset with good communication skills.
- Passion for creating modern, employee-first workplaces.
