Job Title: Management Trainee-HR Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working hours : 10 AM - 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions for technical positions.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills and suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or technical panels.
  • Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
  • Support in other HR/recruitment-related activities as required.


Educational Criteria:

  • MBA in HR (2024 , 2025, 2026 pass-out)
  • Candidate must be currently based in Noida

Its a 3-month internship

  • The stipend is 10,000 per month, but please note:
  • After the internship, you may be offered a full-time role with a CTC of 3 LPA.
