About the Internship :-

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & referrals.
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintaining candidate databases and trackers.
• Supporting HR operations & documentation.
• Learning about staffing, recruitment cycles & client requirements.
• Supporting onboarding documentation and follow-ups.
• Learning HR policies, recruitment strategies & client coordination.
• Daily reporting of recruitment activities.

Eligibility Criteria :-

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate / Pursuing Students can apply.
• Candidates pursuing MBA / BBA / B.Com / BA / B.Sc / HR-related courses preferred.
• Candidates from HR, Management, Psychology, Commerce, or related fields can apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Should have own laptop.
• Should have Active LinkedIn Account.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Freshers are most welcome .
