About the Role Human Resources Internship

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and culture-building initiatives. The intern will work closely with the HR team and leadership to support day-to-day HR functions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support HR operations, employee records, and documentation
• Help drive employee engagement activities and culture initiatives
• Assist in policy communication, HR coordination, and employee support
• Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day people operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Previous HR internship exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
• Positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Comfortable working in a high visibility role.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
