Human Resources Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, and people management.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (resume screening, interview coordination)
• Support onboarding and induction of new hires
• Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation
• Help with HR policies, SOPs, and internal process documentation
• Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities
• Support HR reporting and basic data tracking
• Coordinate with team members on day-to-day HR operations

• Graduates or MBA students/freshers (HR / Operations / OE preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Workspace (or ready to learn quickly)
• Interest in HR, people management, and startup culture
