Position: HR Intern

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Work from Office)

Stipend/Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in HR or Recruitment

Education: Graduation pursuing or recently completed (HR/Business/Management preferred)

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)

Coordinate with hiring managers regarding hiring requirements

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support onboarding and employee engagement activities

Help manage attendance and HR databases

Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment

Exposure to the real estate industry

Internship Certificate upon successful completion
