Location: Bengaluru, KA.

Duration : 2 months

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Conducting one - on - one connects with employees
• Tracking and managing employee data
• Develop reports with the existing data to gain insights with respect to the business
• Create reports/dashboards, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve workforce planning, retention, recruitment etc

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good with MS Excel and Google sheets - handling data and generating reports
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR systems is a plus
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and a team player
