Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced startup environment.

As an HR Intern, you will assist in talent acquisition and coordination while closely working with the HR team to support business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles across job portals and platforms.
• Support interview scheduling, coordination and follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain and update records.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates with an interest in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn.
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
