Job Position (Title): HR Intern

Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team across talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to contribute to delivering a positive employee experience while learning HR best practices.

Role Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

Assist the HR team in coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, tracking candidate status, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

Ensure timely communication with candidates to provide a smooth hiring experience.

2. HR Operations

Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Support documentation and HR administrative tasks as required.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and internal communication activities.

Support the HR team in creating a positive and engaging workplace environment.

Desired Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
• Interest in learning HR systems, recruitment processes, and HR best practices.
