Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for aHuman Resources Intern . The HR Intern will support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies, assisting with employee benefits administration, coordinating personnel management tasks, and contributing to ongoing HR initiatives. The role also involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and helping enhance the overall workplace culture.

A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be extended based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fresher or candidate with02 years of experience in HR or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
• Understanding of HR management, HR policy development, and employee benefits
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Experience with HR software or management tools is a plus
