- Strong communication (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal Skills
- Good Analytical and Reporting Skills
- Exposure in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR Tools (Advantage)
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Ability to learn fast and manage tasks efficiently.
