Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Intern to support our day-to-day recruitment activities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to kick-start their career in HR, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end hiring for fresher and entry-level roles
• Source, screen, and call candidates for various positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels
• Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist in releasing offer letters and completing onboarding documentation
• Ensure strong communication and coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to improving hiring processes and candidate experience

Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Available to work 6 days a week
