Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern based in Gurgaon. The intern will assist with day-to-day responsibilities including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting personnel management processes. The role involves coordinating onboarding and recruitment activities while ensuring compliance with internal HR standards.

Requirement

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Familiarity with Personnel Management practices
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus
• Comfortable to work from office in Gurgaon
