Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR operations. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR processes and practical learning in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
• Support HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit letters
• Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR MIS reports
• Support payroll coordination by collecting and validating employee data
• Assist with HR policies, SOPs, and compliance-related documentation
• Respond to basic employee HR queries under supervision
• Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks as assigned

Eligibility Criteria

• Immediate Joiners Only
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations and corporate HR processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
