Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern Talent Acquisition who is interested in learning the end-to-end recruitment process. The intern will support the HR team in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Screen resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.

Support the HR team in recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.

Eligibility

MBA or PGDM in HR (Pursuing or Completed) or any relevant degree.

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
