Job Description
- Support and validate completeness of employee personnel file and documentation thereof.
- Support on payroll data validation and HRMS updates on monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate onboarding and induction formalities for new hires.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and record maintenance through the compliance portal.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and conduct data reconciliation.
- Assist in appraisal cycle documentation and communication tracking.
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR operations.
- Support policy documentation and process SOP updates.
