Location: House of Chikankari Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Duration: 6 months

Reporting To: Senior HR & Admin Executive

Internship Type: Paid

House of Chikankari is a purpose-driven brand focused on reviving and preserving the heritage art of Chikankari while empowering local artisans. We are a fast-growing D2C fashion brand with a strong emphasis on people, processes, and culture.


Roler Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day people operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations in a dynamic startup environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain employee records.
  • Help manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with new joiners for documentation and induction formalities.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Support HR operations and compliance-related tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
