HR Internship (Paid)

Stipend : 10,000 - 15,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity ideal for recent graduates or final-year students who are passionate about Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Assist in tracking HR metrics and preparing reports
• Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day administrative tasks

Experience & Skills :

• Bachelors degree in Management, Commerce, Arts or any related fields.
• Graduates or candidates currently in the final year of graduation (must be available full-time).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable profile includes :

• Freshers or candidates with some prior internship experience in HR or related fields
• Must be based in Mumbai.
• Available to join immediately or within short notice

Based on interns performance and mutual interest, interns will be evaluated for a job

opportunity at the end of the internship.
