Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern Recruitment & HR Operations to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain end-to-end exposure to talent acquisition and core HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support day-to-day recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
  • Support offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and documentation


HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Assist in employee onboarding processes, including document collection and induction coordination
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support attendance, leave management, and basic HR MIS reporting
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and basic statutory documentation


Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management , or related fields
  • 01 year of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email etiquette
