Job Description
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi
Duration: 6 months 1 year
Role Overview
The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in managing recruitment operations, candidate coordination, and employer branding initiatives. This role provides structured exposure to professional HR practices within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and update job descriptions in line with organizational requirements
- Publish job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Instahyre, and relevant platforms
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Share shortlisted candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Collect interview feedback and maintain accurate hiring records
- Assist in candidate communication, compensation discussions, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with academic institutions and placement cells for hiring initiatives
- Support internal communication and employer branding activities
Eligibility & Skills
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
