We are looking for a motivated and sharp intern to join our Corporate & Leadership Hiring team, supporting global (US-based) recruitment initiatives and gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate and leadership hiring across business functions
• Assist with talent mapping, market research, and talent analytics
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication with US stakeholders, demonstrating clear and confident communication
• Actively scout and creatively engage talent through multiple sourcing channels
• Work closely with recruiters to apply smart, innovative thinking to hiring challenges and process improvements
